How to configure Norton firewall to let me view a page?

Hi all

I have Norton Personal Firewall on my PC, however when I try to log on to http://www.igindex.co.uk and then log into it(spreadbetting account) it doesnt let me view the logged in page----so I have to turn it off to view it.

Any ideas on how to configure it to let me view without turning it off??

thanks

Andy

I don't have Norton Firewall but as a guess - check that you have Https:// enabled (secure web server) for port 443.

I would contact the tech support for the site and ask them which ports need to be enabled. Email Norton and tell them which version you have along with your hardware config and OS and which ports you need access to; they should reply within a couple of days, explaining how to do it.

something in the page will be registering as ad advert by Norton, try turing Norton to let you display adverts

it used to happen with the old SN site, the reply button was picked up as an ad by Norton and it disappeared
