Front strut brace .

Would the above stiffen up my steering feel ?

I doubt it on such a new car. Have you had the geometry checked. i think you'd feel the difference more from a good geo setup than simply bolting on a strut brace.

A cheap way to check is to borrow one from another local Scooby owner.

If you're mainly after more steering feel, IMHO look at a camber/castor kit, and up your front castor angle. IIRC, MRT do one. A little plate that fits at the top of your front struts and allows you to alter the angle they're mounted. Again IIRC, the Spec C and latest jap spec STis are now running something like 6º of castor, which supposedly sharpens up the feel no end.

had, powerstations anti lift kit (same as a castor kit)on my bugeye, this gave mine a better steering feel, and with the rear drop links and anti roll bar, Im very happy with it ;)

when you get the ALK you will need a new geo setup

....likewise had powerstations anti-lift kit fitted on my MY02 WRX. At the same time I added solid rear droplinks and a 24mm Whiteline rear ARB - the result was very good, much more feedback from the wheel inspiring confidence. Also less understeer.

(I already had a strut brace, which didn't make as much difference as the stuff mentioned above)

You could try the steering rack bushes offered by Whiteline. Won't do all the things that the ALK will do, but certainly improve feedback and add a touch of weight. All for not much outlay, and you could DIY the install without killing yourself, or the alignment.

And in direct answer to your question, as others have answered, the STB won't do much of what you are after IMHO.
