Geoff West (owner of NF) was in the UK last week trying to sort this ridiculous situation out.

Spot on there craig, your always right as usual.........

M0NEY 29 March 2004 03:02 PM

Just spoke to Geoff West (well 2hrs ago before he got on his plane). He said he is going back to AUS to sort it out with the guys their to and have a talk.

But he directed me to Roger Clark for the moment as he knows he has stock there

thats excellant news, i have been trying to buy NF of the group buys and off people who indicate they may have some spare to no avail, is it really made from rocking horse wee?

gadget daz 01 April 2004 04:37 PM

don't know about that mate ;)

i do know that Harvey uses it with optimax and he's getting 580 odd bhp and I use 100 ml of it with tank full of optimax and i'm getting 437bhp :D

..and bob rawle swears by it, i'd say you can safely say it's not bad stuff :D :D

By the way, Bob mapped mine with this stuff, when there was none in the country, i was trying whole tin of things like pro-boost and my knocklink was lighting up like a xmas tree, so theres something special in this that my car seems to like.

CraigH 02 April 2004 10:42 AM

Amazing that when I first spoke to RCM they weren't interested in NF as "no octane boosters worked".

Hmmm.

Shame it came to this but it was inevitable I guess.

When mine was mapped for NF, Steve Simpson got more advance out of it with SUL and NF, than he could when using Elf GrpN 102ron.....

ozzy 02 April 2004 11:25 AM

It depends on what people use NF (or any other Octane Booster) for I suppose. If you wanted an effective defense against det, then something else could just be as effective.

If your mapping your car or running certain mods, then it could have more benefit in terms of protection and/or performance than it's competitors.

I don't think adding NF to my car is suddenly going to transform it into a 500bhp monster. Of course, I'm not implying anyone here has suggested this but there's certain types of SN members that may interpret comments in this way. i.e. they here a product, what bhp someone runs with it and think using it will do the same

Use enough NF and you can add 10% power approx.

gadget daz 02 April 2004 12:17 PM

very true ozzy, my car was mapped after having a few minor mods ;) and we mapped it with nf for maximum gains, but when u map with this stuff and add more ignition - the car is only happy with it.

I'd still reccomend it for anyone though because it's very good against detting, a lot of people find that if you get a bit of knocklink activity using SUL or SUL/booster, NF will virtually get rid of all activity :)...and people feel the car pulls a lot smoother with it

"it does exactly what it say's on the tin" :D

I really should speak to NF and be on commision....................
