How long should standard UK delivery take? Posted a parcel off 8 days ago and it has still not arrived. Should I be worried or is this normal for them. I am sure they said 3 working days, but I may need my ears cleaning :)

I posted a big 13KG package on Monday (Guildford to Telford) by their cheapest service. It was delivered today. So, yes I would have thought it should be there by now.

i`m sure the standard is 3 working days hun, i`d start ringing whoever sent it!

don't want to worry you but i sent a parcel and it took three weeks to get delivered then when it got to its destination i was told by my cousin the driver just left it in front of the garage,

They quote 5 to 7 days :(

i sent an intercooler the other day

it was a friday and the woman said it would be £18 special delivery, guaranteed delivery on the monday by noon. Normal parcel delivery was £9 (same insurance as special delivery) and she said it would take up to 7 days.

I went for the £9 option.......the intercooler arrived at its destination on the monday morning

Go figure. £9 saved.

I sent a camera last saturday, paid £18.95 for guaranteed delivery by midday on monday. It didn't arrive till tuesday so i phoned up to ask what the delay was and got offered an immediate refund, the cheque for which arrived this morning! :D

Perfectly normal. Parcel Farce steal about 60% of my mail, on average.
