Paypal-can't open account!

Trying to open an account with Paypal.com, but everytime I try, I can't get past the Homepage!

This is really pi66ing me off, as I need it to make a payment for a part I want! :(

Any ideas, or is it the site in general that's playing up??

Bill, how did you do it??? Everytime I click on Sign up, I get a webpage saying 'Cannot find server' This page cannot be displayed

I am a veritable idiot when it comes to computers, so what can I do to get around this?? I am with AOL and was wondering whether this may affect me in some way?

get the latest service packs/internet explorer for your machine, your operating system is probably falling out with paypals encryption.

worked for me anyway.

Remember it can take about 4 days to complete an account application with Paypal, due to the verification mehtod.
