Best way to Mod an JDM STi 7????

Hi,

Thinking about what kinda mods I can get done to my import STi7. I know they can't be PPP'd or it simply isn't worth trying as they already have 300ish BHP. But what upgrades would be recommended? Not fussed about looks just some stuff for the engine. If it can be provided by my local scooby dealer that would be even better.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

IMHO ECUTEK remap for UK fuel done by one of the respected tuners on here would be a good idea. More power and more safety on UK fuel to be gained there. Also a Knocklink to keep an eye on things...do you already have a boost gauge? Oil pressure and temp are nice to have too I feel.

Before the remap you may want to add a decent exhaust (H&S seem to be well regarded) and some intake mods, but IMHO it would be best to limit the driving you do with those mods prior to a remap as that great feeling may be coming from lean out, and boost spikes are a bit of a worry, too. A good BOV, and an upgraded actuator are good mods to have and sharpen things up a bit.

Best of luck on your path to Impreza glory:)
