What 4 seater cabriolet is best for 13k, your opinions

A mate of mine is looking for a cabriolet for the summer.

he has about 13k to spend.

it has to has 4 seats (family man)

thinking along the lines of a Saab 9-3, BMW 3 series, astra convertble

any thoughts

E46 3 series BMW.

Will take a while for the Audi to hit that price. :(
