STi Type R - Fitting an HKS SSQV - Help!

I have a V4 Type-R, I have an HKS SSQV that apparently came from an STi however the hose coming from the I/C is a different size.

I am unable to purchase the correct 'fitting kit' from HKS suppliers.

What are my options - buy a new kit and sell this one?!

Thanks for all suggestions

Can you arrange a pic of this ? Did the hose & plate come with the kit?

Cheers
