I really need to know this also... I have an error 32 advising I have an O2 failure.... MY98 in my case

Increased fuel consumption
Poor emmissions
Poor idle
Incorrect voltages (should look line a sin wave in open loop mod - mine was a constant .03v when faulty)

Ditto what Ozzy says. Your best way of knowing for sure is to fit an AFR gauge, preferably one that shows voltages all the way down to 0. If you get static readings like Ozzy's 0.3v, you know it's knackered. If you get disco lights (when closed loop), you know it's OK.
