Remapped ECU fault codes

I've got a ECUTEK remap on my sti6 for uk fuel. I'm servicing the car myself because I don't trust the subaru servicing department with a jap car plus most of them won't touch them (I know what I'm doing in this department). In the service scedual for the car its states that the fault codes in the ecu have to be checked to make sure nothing is wrong. Having had the ECU remapped how would I go about getting the fault codes checked and how would I get the MAF checked for correct operation? Can I check the fault codes myself? What would I need?

cheers mike

look under youre dash, right in the drivers footwell & look up, there are 2 sets of wires 2 black, 2 green, connect them together. black to black, green to green, ensure youre immobiliser is off, turn your igntition on, but dont start it, press gas pedal to the floor then let it off to halfway for about 15 seconds, then let it off (you will here youre fan going), start your engine & drive off boost till your engine light starts flashing.

If the flash is constant speed, all is well, stop & disconnect the wires, if it flashes twice fast, that = the no 20, 1 flash per 10, fast flashes = 1 offs, so 2 slow flashes followed by 2 fast flashes = fault code 22, good luck :D
