it was your fault i could not get them to do some work on mine today.

I will second that, i turned up 2hrs late to get my defis fitted at 15.30, i expected to be told no chance as i was late on a friday but no they were all done and dusted at 17.00, and what a tidy job under the bonnet you would never of known anything had been done there.
