Text No. for T-Mobile to cancel itemised billing?

What is the text number to cancel itemised billing with T-Mobile? I have lost my letter.

Is this itemised billing cost thingy for ALL customers or not, cos I still haven't had any notification of this!

As far as I know it is for all customers. Ring 150 then choose Customer Services. There is then an option to cancel itemised billing. You can go to T-Mobile's website and access your itemised bills online, I prefer this to paper anyway so not a problem for me. I gather most people are using it as a way to get out of their contracts early but I have yet to find anyone offering anything better for me.

Well if it appears on my next bill, I'm kicking up a fuss cos I haven't recieved any notification of it.
Something similar happened to me with my Orange PAYG phone. I had the out here package which included 5 free txt msgs for life (of sim card), but they cut it to 3. People complained/kicked up a fuss, so was reverted to 5, and cost of 2 txts/day for the period it was 3 was refunded to talk credit.

silliysi - that's exactly what I'm doing for the same reason. Work will get charged the cost of the itemised billing as they require a copy of all work-related all billing and VAT number.
I've looked around the other companies and can't get anywhere near what I get with T-mobile (and even they don't offer the tariff anymore).
At least they don't decide to increase the price of a tariff, with no opt-out unlike O2

If you phone them up and say your not happy with it, they'll quite willingly waive the fee. I know its only £1 but if everyone put things up all the time, you'd notice the difference to your wallet/purse ...
