window mechanisim
 

Can anyone tell me the correct method to use to set up the window mechanisim?. Ie do the guides touch the glass in the up or down position(dont seem to touch in both postions) also the lifting mechanisim is adjustable in two positions where do us set these also the spacer bracket that sets the gap between the glass and the door card. i have tried several times and the glass always seems to rattle in the up postion or half down position. Or if anyone has got a workshop manual could they have a look if possible. Forgot to mention the car is a 97 turbo 4 door
