Anyone de-badged their scooby?...
I really wanna, but wonder, what's involved? If I could get ther dealer to do it for me as it hasn't arrived yet?

Most of the stuff on the car, like the letters on the boot, are simply held on by sticky pads. If you gently warm them with a hair dryer you'll find they come of quite easily. A quick wipe with cloth with a little meths on will remove any of the glue residue.
My only real advice would be to take your time and do it carefully. Josh |
and a good polish with autoglym afterwards
:D |
Not being funny but you also need to declare it to insurance. It is a cosmetic modification. You'd think the car may be less desirable but they don't see it that way. Give them an excuse and they'll take it. Sad but true.
Stick GX badges on and a normal sport bonnet with a front mount intercooler. Perfect stealth vehicle. |
The dealers gonna do it for me :o)
