Gas pump and gas filter
 

I was just wondering if anyone would be able to answer this question, I own a 1994 Impreza L, it is 2WD. I can't seem to locate the gas pump and filter, while looking at the manual it is not located where the manual shows, possibly I got the wrong manual with the car. If anyone knows where to locate the gas pump and filter please let me know. More specifically if they are located in the engine, or at the back by the gas tank. Thank you....
