I've been quoted £495 (inc VAT) to re-spray the four bumper corners and touch up a wing on an import I've just bought.

Does that sound about right?

That sounds pretty expensive to me - try around £300 for that.

try around 40 quid for the paint and your own compressor ;) but, yes it does sound very expensive

just had my new bonnet sprayed inside and out also had the front wings done both sides and all blended in to match for the total of £250:D very good friend of mine in Batley W Yorks.

on that basis can anyone recommend someone to do the work in the Coventry area?

I'd love to do it myself but hand rollering a coat of paint on to my Jeep is about as far as it goes!

When we where main dealers (London) we would have charged £434.75 for that.

10 hours labour at £25, and £120 paint + Gordon Browns bit !
