Ian,
Nice Pickies :D:D Tony |
Not bad for an instamatic ;)
|
Those are excellent, Ian!
You going to frame that one, Tony? Get some photoshop dithering to mask the joins in the sky on the first composite shot. The second one is simply fantastic. Favourite shot? Porky v. 'Preza... :D |
Awesome shots!
How were the Type 25 and the Powerstation white STi 3 going? The white STi is fitted with a prototype of their new suspension kit that I'm considering buying. I was taken for a spin on Friday and it works very well indeed! |
Tony,
Thanks mate. Russ, Instamatic indeed :) Squizz, I was going to sort out the edges, but it was late and I couldn't be arsed. ;) jlanng, Both the Type25 and the PS STI3 handled really well. The Type 25 suffered a drop link failure early in the day, so basically no rear anti-roll bar for the rest of the day. Even so, still saw off just about everything (and that was after having a pea-shooter back box added for noise) :D The PS STI3 suspension is now just about perfect. Rich and Dirk have spent a lot of time on the suspension (must now be over a year). We went to Bedford via quite a few backroads, four up and a boot full of kit. Suspension worked fine. Two up, no kit and on track it worked really well as well. Mind you, I always find that if suspension works really well, you just don't notice it. It is when it doesn't work that you really notice. Cheers Ian |
See I told you I was sideways a lot.
Cracking photo`s as usual Ian ;) |
LOL - Arron "Scandie-Flick" Birdy :D:D
|
He he.
Sideways is best mate;) |

Great pics Ian, btw do you know who's in the Gallardo? How did it fare against the type 25?
|
Arron
Did we get "most expensive Grasscutter award" |
Mark,
I don't know who the Lambo owner was, sorry. But the Type25 held it's own and would have been very closely matched if it could have cornered (no rear anti-roll bar) ;) Cheers Ian |
Looked like a great event at bedford..Nice photos, love the last two action shots of the impreza's powersliding!!
|
It appears not Pete!!!;)
or most noise failures for tyre screech!! |
The Lambo was owned by "non other than the Driving GOD! Monkey Harris" ;)

Ian,
I had a look at my car when I got home, found a bolt and bush missing out of the Powerflex rear drop link  no wonder it was handling a bit iffy on the back end  do Powerstation do replacement bushes ? Tony |
Tony
 for the missing drop link. Happened to Litcho as well, well broke one anyway. Yes, anything to do with suspension, see Powerstation :D Cheers Ian |
Ian,
Cheers I'll call them sometime next week ;) Tony |
