knocking rear shock?
 

All.

I've an STi V MY00. Rear shock passenger side seems to knock/clunk when there are people in the back ie it is weighed down. The knock seems to be at the top when going over a bump (not on the compression of the shock on the way back down) ie possibly hitting the chasis or something. Sorry for being vague but I'm not a mechanical person!

Any advice/views?

Probably needs replacing but what with as STi V is jap import so original may be hard to come by?
