Technical Writer/Application Support

An experienced Technical Writer/Application Support Professional is required to join an innovative software company. Working closely with the development team, you will be the first point of contact for customer service and support calls, and responsible for writing and maintaining end user documentation including user guides, training tutorials, online help, installation documentation and release notes.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
· 3+ years experience writing end user documentation for a software product.
· Proven ability to write clear and concise documentation aimed at all levels of user, from beginner to advanced.
· Have experience using a Help authoring package to write HTML Help.
· Have excellent customer liaison skills.
· Be competent in the use of industry standard DTP software (preferably one or more of Quark, Pagemaker, Adobe Acrobat/Distiller, Photoshop).
