I can´t use the "New Posts" Quick lick. Do I always have to Click me through all the Topics searching for new posts?

Don´t I see something?

By the way: I tried to post a pic in the Members Gallery whith the known (img), only shows an URL adress and not the pic!? Whats wrong?
