Street map says the post code is not accurate, but thats deffinaltey the address. Some directions on how to get there from Liverpool would also be very useful.

You need to come off the M62 at junction 30 and head towards Rothwell/Oulton/Leeds

(from West) Take sliproad then first exit
First roundabout, straight on, then get into right lane of dual carriageway
Second roundabout turn right
Drive through Oulton, past the Ford garage on your left
under a railway bridge, over two more bridges (canal and river)
turn left at the "Bridge Farm Hotel" onto Bullerthorpe Lane
About 800 yards, turn left into Newsam Green Road (I think)
Follow this road, should take you alongside the A1/M1 link.
Turn right at the next roundabout (which was going to be a motorway exit, but isn't) and follow the black road for about 1 mile
The auctions are on your RIGHT
Watch you car like a hawk! Cross Green / East End Park and Halton Moor are only a TWOCer's nash away.
