Has anyone done the Earthing mod on a MY00 turbo ???

have you noticed any differences?

did it on my MY99 and no, can't say I have noticed any difference. Hasn't made things any worse though ;)

Not an 00, but a JDM GDBB (a bugeye STi) got the treatment recently, and it certainly improved the audio quality:D Owner thinks it has made the car quieter, and pull more smoothly too. Oh, and reports fewer shocks from the car:)

Dereck,
Its just a case of running approx 6 wires from various points around the engine bay and one from inside the car (ecu bolt) to the battery negative.
If you wait a week or so until the search comes back on, its been covered on several threads that included pics etc

I did it, and I do reckon it made the car smoother. Might be placebo, but it was worth it IMHO. Of course, I did it on the cheap :D

well i think I certainly have a voltage issue combined with a few other thinga that are currently conspiring to knacker my car! :(
