The Sci Fi channel Have remade Battlestar Galactica and they have gone all PC and changed Starbuck and Boomer in to Women!!!

Im all for equallity ect but this is really going too Far!!! If they were gonna redo BG, then why not have Apollo as the new Commander and these new Female piolts could have been itroduced as new characters rather than make Starbuck and Boomer go thru sex changes.

The Starbuck Chracter will not work as a woman, he was far too cocky, smooth and Forward for a woman to convincinly pull off the character.

Boomer is far right with Starbuck on left, Adama bottom and Apollo centre top. Starbuck to me will always be a man (imagine Face from the A-Team being a woman, urgh, just doesn't bare thinking about, unless the new Starbuck is a complete nympho......;))

The new cylon queen is a babe - heard good reviews of this series so far so I am hopeful that it might be cool, but alas I heard that about Enterprise too.
