If you don't mind me asking how much did you get for it?

I'm thinking of selling my rb5 WR Sport.

I've had it from new and its only done 20,000 miles and not been used at all in the last 2 years.

Any ideas what it's worth, it's in A1 condition.

323roy 25 January 2004 11:59 AM

sold it for £10350, it has 70000 on clock butengine is perfecly set up by power engineering tek 2 etc.
you should be looking about£12500 imo if you want quick sale

cobblers mate 25 January 2004 12:16 PM

OK cheers,

i was thinking in the region of £13.5k

i was offered £17k for it about 18 months ago and turned it down, doh !

Any ideas of the best place to advertise it, or just the usual route of sticking it in the Auto Trader and hoping for the best.

You will love the M3. I got out of an RB5WR and into an M3 Cab and will never regret the change.

bits'n'pieces 28 January 2004 09:35 AM

....so which engine was in the RB5 when you sold it Roy ? :) :) second or third one ?

323roy 30 January 2004 04:26 PM

Cobblers Mate

I sold my RB5 WRSPORt to a Mitsubishi dealer as part of PX.
It had 42K miles on it.
Just been serviced.
Got 12K.
Great cars, but moved onto and EVO8 FQ300.
Dont regret it though ;)
