MY00 UK2000 not holding boost intermittently in any gear, only mod is a full scoobysport decat system. example, when boost hits 0.7bar around 4000rpm in third it tails off straight away doesn't hold. Car still pulls fine just loses boost to quickly

I have cleaned the boost solenoid, checked hoses and reset the ecu with no fault codes detected.

Could this be a leaking dumpvalve? (dumpvalve is standard)

Any ideas ?

yep thats a boost leak-i think its time you get rid of your diverter valve and get a proper blow off like hks
it could be a few other things-have you checked all your boost hoses etc
or it could be that ur ecu needs re mapping-get ur boost remapped coz thats usually the reasopn for stuff like that-your boost and ignition timing aint rite

Let me know how you got on and what was wrong.
