ive got a 96 uk turbo and and i want to up the power a bit,ive already got a full decat exhaust and a perormance panel filter and a boost guage,it appears 2 be runnin 15psi,is there sum kind of ucu remap i could have done to safeley up the boost a bit more,or has any one got any tips of wat other mods i can do with out spendin a fortune????

You could get a scoobyecu but i doubt it would give you much more safe power than your already pushing (maybe upto 16psi).
I'd do a search for Rich Wild's car, thats pushing around 340bhp but hes done quite a bit to it and possably a little out of your price range :(

cheerz,haz any one else got any ideas? my mate told me i could reset my ecu 2 make it run more smoother,and always use optimax,is this true,if so how do u do it? and also wat does every one reakon the best oil is 2 use???

jay mate..get a scoobyecu..
i have a uk my96 wagon ...running induction kit/exh and now a ecu

think they are advertised in the scoobyshop on this sie..
also do a search on scoobyecu..using the sewarch button-top right of screen...theres loads of old threads giving all the answers u need..

and power wise..near 300 now..(to be confirmed soon!)

they are great..and easy to fit on uk my96 motors..took me 2 mins on the drive.
