Might be totally wrong :) but i think Thule is a manufactures name, and they make fastenings etc, for roof racks, cycle racks and things like that

Don't do what my mate Kevin did a couple of weeks ago. Shogun + Thule roof box + entrance to multi storey car park don't mix :D He wasn't very impressed (don't think they are cheap either).
