We have a team leader on one of our sites who's expected to use a PC to send/receive email, use Word and Excel, be able to connect back to base via VPN. Problem is he's never used a PC before. If time was available I'd send him on a PC awareness type course and such but that's not possible. What I need is a training guide covering the basics from the ground up. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have found something from CustomGuide but it covers Windows XP (I need win2k). Their quick reference guides are handy though.
