one word stunning mate:)
|
Thanks mate. The de-tango was done by a mate of mine with a bodyshop as i didnt have the balls to do it myself!
|
SiBurt that it one top class looking sti !!
Simon:D |
Nice motor mate
I have seen you around Solihull & Knowle quite a few times. You used to have a really nice silver classic shape didn't you? Darren |
Cheers guys,i appreicate your comments.
Yes Darren my last car was a real beaut.Unfortunately i dont have too much of an imagination, cos ive gone for the same colour scheme again! |
You should have kept the S U B A R U and just got rid of the rest IMO.
The front end looks fecking gorgeous :D |
Discretion is the better part of valour!
|
what are teh blue bulbs in your headlamps...got pulled for them yet?
Best pic yet I have seen of black flaps on a silver new shape...deffo getting some now :D |
looks superb mate - nice to see a fellow silver STi8:D Now I what's needed for mine!
|
Lovely car, nice wheels, looks great de-tango'd and de-lettered.

A real good looking 8 mate !!!
You just convinced me to remove the STi stickers on the front covers ;) |
Looks cracking mate.
Love the black wheels and flaps. De-badged boot works a treat, but I'm not in agreement about the fog covers. Makes it look like a WRX IMHO. (not that there is anything wrong with that, but its not how its meant to look) :D |
Once again, thanks for all your comments.
The blue bulbs are the Xenons that John Griffin was supplying last year and no,i havent had any problem with the law over them. As far as the covers are concerned,if you're a true enthusiast you dont need a sticker to tell you that it's a STi-the scoop should give that away!Once again, this is my own personal opinion. |
you dont need a sticker to tell you that it's a STi-the scoop should give that away! |
I think it look the absolute dogs m8 !!
lovely looking car :) |
Personally, my initial opinion, as an enthusiast, would be that someone has stuck an STI 8 scoop on a WRX..... A wolf in almost a wolfs clothing ;) |
Considering the cost of OEM Subaru parts - Fog lamp covers, STi 03 seats and interior, dash, six speed gearbox, Scoop, Pink badge, £750 spoiler and £1000 of alloys and tyres and exhaust.
Cost of WRX new £20k, Cost of STi new £24k Just spend the 4k on the real thing rather than painting and fitting the above. SO I think most will recognise it as an STi. Diffrent case on old classis as part can be bought on the cheap. |
Thanks, once again. My heads starting to swell now lads!
Im off to Nobles on the 24th for the rolling road day organised by one of the Scooby Si's,so it'll be intresting to see what she's putting out. |
siburt im going to nobles i will take a heat gun you can do mine for me wwhile your cars being thrashed;)
|
No problem Mark, just dont forget your dental floss!

BTTT for those STi8 fans and just for the hell of it!
|
Just for TVR Gary!:D
|
Cheer SiBurt......... would look better if it was blue haha
|
Nice to see a good looking silver one for a change, rather than the std blue. I like them subtle, and you have got it just right. I would stick a WRX spoiler on it and keep everyone guessing, but that is my opinion. Have you lower it yet?
|
Of course! It has the obligatory Prodrive spring kit and geometry set up:D
And "light smoke" Pentagon Supaglass! |
What wheels are those and where can i get them ?
