Which is the best magazine?
I am subscribed to TG, Car, Autocar and to Evo(but just from next month).
My rating is:
1. Evo
2. Car
3. Autocar
4. TG
and I haven't read any Revs issue yet.

I'd go for Banzai and Evo for good articles and Autocar for a good weekly update.
Considering Top Gear is done by the BBC is all bloody advertising and recyled articles covering stuff seen covered better in other mags.

Evo has to be no. 1. Whole magazine has a quality feel.

The writers are top notch too.

I'm thinking of canning my TG subscription.

Just bought the REV's mag for the Scoob v's Cossie shoot out, a good article but can someone explauin what that magazine is all about.

I thought it was Pants sorry!

I read EVO and Autosport, Car sometimes if its got any articles that differ from Evo (which is rare).

it really depends on which Rolling Road you are using at the actual time of reading.

Air pressure and temperature can make quite a bit of difference on the day as well.

i rate Evo top.

Banzai and Japanese Performance are good for all stuff Jap etc.

Revs is gr8, good articles, good writers, different features and they dont take things too seriously. they enjoy what they doing and have a laff.

dont think much of TG or Car ('cept the Jan issue with the big Scoob feature http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif )

I rate Car tops Autocar second second and I'm afraid EVO is at the bottom of the heap for me with TG.
I know how good the impreza is already...I just don't need some t**t to massage my ego every month. At least with the other mags you seem to get a more balanced review regardless of brand.I want to be given a realistic insight into all motors regardless of brand and above all I want to aspire to owning something I can't afford.

I would have thought that with past articles by REV's eg best getaway car etc and the uproar it caused that people would not only not buy this mag, but would also distance themselves from it, and definately not bgar about being mug enough to help them out with their childish games.

EVO is the best by far, great mag, responsibly written (for adults)

Go for BANZAI, MaxyP, REVS, Redline and EVO and switch to normal unleaded to pay for them all!!!

EVO backissues are FULL of Scooby-snacks...but hey BANZAI is soooo cool...

Im interested that people get Autocar instead of Autoexpress...both are weekly, but Autocar must be the most innacurate mag I have ever read in my life - I dont think Ive seen an issue which doesnt include at least 2 or 3 major errors (and if they are ones I know, how the hell can I expect the other stuff to be right?)

I have to agree with IS - I thought Revs was rather a lot 'Max Power' - minus the really anoying swearing and t**sers attitude, and minus the breasts (which are great) It was just loud modded cars....article was good fun though!

Allaboard...if you can afford it, why aspire? I like Evo cos its always sporty cars (including atuff like Seicento Sportings) and so what if most are reasonably unaffordable now...you might be able to buy em in the future??
