Hello,

Need to replace the rear diff on my STi 4 Type R and have been looking into fitting a Quaife ATB diff and was wondering if anyone had any experiences of using this diff and where they got it fitted.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Sam

I'm using one in a different application - on a VW Golf Hillclimb / Sprint car - I find that it gives me some improvement in traction off the line, but seems to work really well in reducing wheelspin out of tight corners. Was impressed with the quality of the product - had it professionally fitted.

Not sure that this helps you much.

I'm using an ATB diff in a Pug 205 1.9 GTi Hillclimb car......fantastic piece of kit.

Still scrabbles for grip off the line ~ but as Geoff says it reduces wheelspin out of corners.

I'm using an ATB on the front of my STI... http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif The car's handling balance is now neutral to power oversteer. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif Not exactly everyone's cup of tea though. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif
