Scooby96 29 December 2003 12:22 PM

Prince did one I think - Lovesexy ???

Hobo_Jojo 29 December 2003 12:26 PM

one-track?

ProperCharlie 29 December 2003 12:26 PM

Primitive Radio Gods - whatever the album was called that had the single "Standing outside a broken 'phone box in Memphis with my money in my hand" on it. never even listened to the rest of that album.

Marcy Playground - album that had "Sex and Candy" on it.

i'm sure i have at least 1/2 dozen others like these. great singles from one hit wonder bands, with nothing worthwile on the rest of the album.

Hobo_Jojo 29 December 2003 12:31 PM

silver side up is a good album. long road is more of a one track album.

ProperCharlie 29 December 2003 12:34 PM

disagree about Men at Work, btw. down by the sea is a great track off that album.

tiggers 29 December 2003 12:34 PM

Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells ;)

MattW 29 December 2003 12:35 PM

If you mean "Concept Album" then

Marillion's Misplaced Childhood and Brave

TelBoy 29 December 2003 12:47 PM

The ultimate one-track album;

White Town - "Women in Technology"

Goochie 29 December 2003 12:48 PM

ALi-B 29 December 2003 12:53 PM

I think he means Albums sold on the basis of a single track, with the rest being just "fill in" tracks

Here's another:

Anastacia : Not that Kind

ProperCharlie 29 December 2003 12:59 PM
