So, Outlook XP. I want to set up a rule that deletes all messages apart from those received from my Contacts list. How do you do it? I can only see how to delete email from a contacts list..... Or are there any other suggestions - I had 137 Spam messages yesterday  Dan |
Have a look here. I can't find the original thread (Chiark's I think) on here but this is a anti-spam plugin for Outlook 2000/XP that 'learns'.

Spambayes is excellent and improves with use. It traps about 99% of spam coming in on my machine now.
