I am pouring money down the drain with my Phone, its a Vodafone through SinglePoint.
How can I find out how long Ive had the phone for? I need to keep it at least a year efore I can cancel the contract. I must be close to a year now but am not sure.
Considering how little I use it, Id be as well getting a pay as I go thing instead.

Why don't you give them a ring....or look at the bills you've had in the past. Iv only got 4 months left on my moby, and i cnt wait ti get rid of it!

Giving them a ring is a joke. Last time I tried to phone them I was on hold for so long the battery in the phone went flat.
Plus, being so disorganised means I dont have any of the previous bills either.

Unbelievable.

You get a bill sent to you monthly? Does it have a phone number on it for customer service?

It is unlikely that anyone on here will be able to know when you bought the phone, when you took out the contract, how long it has to go.

Funnily enough though, Singlepoint might know :)

Thanks for ignoring everything I wrote.

I posted that before I read your post as both were sent around the same time....
Apologies.

However, what I say still stands, only Singlepoint can help you......

grrr, I was getting all revved up for an argument there ;)

Yeah, I know they are the only ones who can help me but trying to get hold of them is such a joke.
When I went into a random phone shop once to ask a tech question about the phone, he looked up something online and told me details of who the contract was with etc. I just wondered if there was any way I could find this out again for myself.

OK. Try this.

When phoning customer services, choose the option for buying a new phone/contract etc....they will answer more quickly as you're spending money :)
Then ask about upgrading etc, and how long you've been with them etc.
