As above, does anyone have a rough idea of how much a 99 front bumper skin costs maybe from Grade A or similar?

Am I also right in saying that all the brackets etc will swap straight over from my MY98 bumper?

Have done it myself with a bumper from Glenburgie. The MY99/00 bumper doesn't use the same hanger as the <98 bumpers but it can be fitted to the <98 hanger fairly well.

Remember you'll have to sort out some wedges, indicators and most of the fixings which will disappear as the bumper makes it's way from the donor car, cross country, to yours.

IIRC Liam @ Glenburgie charges circa £140 for the later skin.
