Yep, I know it... not from direct experience incidently, but I have been there once or twice work related... the 'guests' occasionally crop up in local rumours/stories as well

The work is simple..(Well I hope..) I know its a well funded unit and that it has a few "Special cases" But one or two rumours floating around about some of the Wards....And its in some nice grounds which will be good.

The grounds and building are fantastic...it used to be an old monastry so i believe, and there is certainly plenty of space. When is your visit?...have a chat with Sammyh, I'm sure some of the posse from S.Wales would be up for a few drinks....some great country pubs in that area.

Used to be a school before its current occupation. My brother went there for two years back in the late 60's, before he came back to our comprehensive in Newport as he hated the whole public school thing. Nice old building with great grounds and a vicious swan on the lake - it attacked and broke a boy's arm and leg while he was there.

Here at the moment.

I know the old building well. The original "modern building" was knocked down and replaced many years ago. The grounds etc still as nice.Village is like a time warp!!!.

very sad to see some of the patients...... We dont get to see all of them.
