MY95 UK Turbo is approaching its 60k service. Can someone please advise me on the best make/types of oil/filter I need to use in the following
1. Engine
2. Gearbox
3. Diffs
And anywhere else I have forgotten.

Also the plugs need changing whats the should I be using.

The car engine is standard apart from a K&N induction kit.
