Ive got an NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440 with AGP8X graphics card with TV out and S-video

Ive tried hooking it up to my TV (Sony) using S-video & TV out (using a yellow lead from PC to TV & a yellow, black & red to Scart)

On each configuration neither my TV or PC does anything (and yes the TV is on ) I've even played with the input settings on the TV and had no joy

can anyone shed some light / offer instructions ?

do i need to activate or install a driver for the TV out/S-video, cos i can't find it on the graphic card settings

cheers
chris

Hi

I think you need the WDM driver installed :)
http://www.nvidia.com/object/wdm_winxp-2k-Me-98se_2.13

Might need to select tv output too right mouse button on desktop->properties->advanced adn thats as far as i can remember :)

Simple question but have you configured the video card so that it will output to the S Video connector and/or the yellow composite connector? I didn't do this the first time I connected my lap top to my TV.
