There is a emulsified oil deposit, in the neck of coolant filler,
What could cause this??

This has been covered before and from alot of peoples first hand experiance its normal well it was on my car. i Cleaned it off and kept an eye on it (never came back), it may not actually be oil but general scum from the coolant system.. My car is an MY95 WRX.
