Being the proud owner of my 1st Scoob (P1).I had heard so much about tailgaters being doused with headlamp washer fluid, I was a bit sceptical. But it actually works a treat. I pressed the button and didn't see any water so I pressed again-same result or so I thought untill looking in mirror to see moron behind slowing with wipers going like billyo. Classic.

Were you in a Carib resturant / Pub on Tuesday night? I was working that night and saw a VERY NICE P1 in the car park. It was the first one i've seen on the road. |
Simon,
The best £31k I've ever invested and definitely worth 7 months wait. Toby, Cant have been me. Wheres the Carib? Phil (P1 5UBR) |
Got tailgated today for the 1st time, had just played squash and was too knackered to play. I wasn't hanging about tho either.
Forgot all about the washers thing, must try it next time. It transpired the tailgater was a (new) VW Golf GTI. The thing was, the roads were quite wet, so I guess I did him/her a favour, they don't look so good in the hedge... I was a bit mystified in recent posts on this subject about young lads in Vauxhall Novas being the worst offenders, since as as I recall Vauxhall Novas have always, absolutely, categorically been considered bags of sh*te since the day they were inflicted on the car buying public. Imagine my surpise when a few days after reading the post I overheard heard a couple of young lads eulogising over some clapped out Nova being for sale for a grand, presumably replete with Fast Car style exhaust etc. What's going on? Sorry to digress! |
