Hi Marky San

What year of car is it for??

Cheers Dougie :)

Marky-San 08 December 2003 09:49 AM

Hi Dougie,

I have a 94, so I think these cars are from later ECU's probably 95 onwards - really need the ECU so I can use a ScoobyECU for the fueling etc.

Cheers,
Marky

I have a brand new ECU off a 98/99 model.
I dont know much about it. I am selling it for my dad who had a 98/99 Impreza tubo and has had it sitting in the garage for 4 years & is now moving house etc. He had his new factory impreza upgraded by prodrive.
Is this any good to you?

Marky-San 10 December 2003 01:12 PM

Would you be able to check the 2 digit code off it?

That would be really helpful:D

Cheers,
Mark

Marky-San

A 98/99 ECU won't fit your car as the later classics (97 onwards) have 3 plug ECU's. The earlier classics (up to 96) have 4 plug ECU's.

:)

Yip - your totally right. Mine is 4 plug - never knew that there was a difference.

Thanks mate;)

That's OK.
