Just bought this from a mate, but the serial number is not with it, he can't remember it, and it won't install without one.

Anyone know a way round that?

take it back to where u bought it and complain theres no serial number.

Ask him to speak to the reseller that he bought it from. They can (sometimes) request replacment codes from Adobe. He will require proof of purchase though.

I looked again at the files it offered, and there was one labelled "serial", which gave me the number.
