Firstly who and where did you write to and what was the outcome?

Just to fill you in on whats happened. We moved house in July and decided to go broadband and go for the middle of the line TV package. At least once a week we've had the techs round for various reasons ranging from checking the signals as they were too weak and rectifying the fault, right the way through to new cables, boxes and modems.

Its now got to the stage where we're fed up with it and would like some form of compensation as we've been paying about £50+ per month for services that always seem to crash in this area. Its just a pain when your doing something and the poxy thing crashes half way through [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] like it just did now :rolleyes:
