Hello

I need to create a large tar file on a WinXP PC. I know Winzip can extract tar files but can it create them ?

I use Exceed and at v7 it had a tar utility, but in v8 that i am now at (company standard) it is no longer there.

I have "tar" as part of the MKS bundle. I don't know whether the .exe will work on it's own, but I can send it to you and you can try?

PowerZip can create tar and gz archives on the Win32 platform :)
