To get a set of 'special' front and rear pads that I ordered, and paid for at least 10 weeks ago, I'm not at this point going to name the firm involved, this thread is just in order to try and get what I'm after, although, if I don't have them soon, I will name them!!!!!

Get in touch with Trading Standards and ask them to have a word. They usually work wonders!

I wasn't looking to get a cheque back, I just wanted my pads, I'll mail Mintex direct and see if they can suggest where I might be able to get them locally.
