Anyone know of any banks issuing any atm.I have a few thousand spare cash and its gaining poor interest in a bank account.I always thought they were a good way of investing in shares while protecting your capital.

Anyone?..

Post office/National Savings launch issues every couple of months, today may be the final subscription date to one I was looking at. You buy a 5 year bond and participate in 95% of the upside of the FTSE100, capital guaranteed. We priced this up here as a laugh (deal in equity derivatives), and as a retail customer it ain't soo bad.
