Can someone please email me a copy of the complete Sigma M30 Operating and Instruction manual so that I can determine what all the 'beeps' mean. I guess the Subaru version that I have is an abridged version
Thanks In Advance

i'm having a bit of a problem with the alarm on my vehicle, neither remote keyfob is operating the alarm (batteries ok). I've read about the alarms "losing" their code. Is there anything in the alarm manual that covers how to re-code or re-programme the alarm ecu/remotes. Perhaps using the keypad in conjunction with a specific procedure?

Thanks in advance.

Can anyone send me the installation manual?

I have a old Porsche I brought to the UK about 15 years ago and took it home to the US. I want to pull my old M30 out and leave the car intact.

Simple just remove it one wire at a time and where a wire has been cut and wires from the alarm are connected just reconnect them
a wiring diagram wont really help

Thanks Ian, that does simplify things.

So then, if I unplug the wires from the immobilizer and the CDL unit - will that completely disable them?

Nooo like i said you will need to find the car wire that has been cut and alarm wires attached to the cut wires these are immobilisers cuts

As Ian says a number of circuit supplies (eg Fuel pump) will have the alarm wiring spliced into it so that the alarm can isolate it by use of an internal relay /circuit.

If you just unplug the cables from the alarm module you will leave that supply open circuit.

You need to trace each alarm wire to where it connects to the loom and re-make any cuts..........................

Got it out - anyone want it?

Hey, I got my Sigma M30 out of my car. :luxhello:

It did work and I did keep everything fairly well intact. If you are interested in it - let me know. I have no idea of it's value and money isn't everything. Interesting trades considered. I have 1973 911 - so any Porsche parts are always welcome.

Cheers,

Harry
