Car will not start this morning, is this down to being tempremental in the cold (about a cm of ice covering the car), All I can get out of it is a beep and then nothing!!!

When you say "nothing" do you mean it doesn't turn over?

And the "beep"? From your alarm/immobiliser?

My suspects would be:
1)immobiliser battery (if on keyfob, etc)
2)car battery.

Key fob battery is fine, no battery warning light coming on.

Sounds like a dead battery to me :(

I had this problem with my P1 it turned out to be a flat battery.

£40ish but Subaru will replace it under warranty
