Anyone got any weblinks for companies in US, Australia or Japan that sell CD or Semi-CD blocks. Preferably higher than 2 litre capacity.

In the UK I would imagine RCM would be top of the list. There was a guy who does linered blocks with a capacity of circa 2.33 litres but that seems to have gone quiet as to progress. Then there is Lateral Performance but not sure if they just supply the bits or build the short blocks complete.

If you know any others let us know.
