MY01 WRX

Seems to be coming from drivers side front wing?????

Not loud but noticable when your out of the car?????

tat tat tat tat tat sort of sound - defo not from engine????

Any ideas????

Could it be the fuel injector solenoids/relays? They make a distinctive ticking noise especially when you listen from both front wings. Is the noise similar on the other side?

Boost control solenoid? That's on the driver's side wing.

Is it a problem that it ticks - or just an annoyance - ie should this get fixed under warrenty - is it something the garage should look at?
